President and Founder Neil D. Marrin, MSEd
Neil Marrin comes to the consulting world having served over 20 years in multiple leadership roles in the municipal and non-profit sectors. In those positions he led organizations through the strategic planning process and developed and instituted training in those sectors. Following his industry career Neil served on the faculty of James Madison University teaching courses focused on management of government and non-profit sport and recreation agencies. Neil is a member of the International Association for Strategy Professionals.
